Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy

Your appointment is an allocated period of time that is dedicated to looking after your dental wellbeing. To allow our busy dental practice to run smoothly, efficiently and cost effectively, we ask our patients to book their appointments with care.

We appreciate that sometimes it is difficult to attend an appointment due to unforeseen circumstances, such as illness, and we understand that occasionally the date you booked a while ago may no longer be convenient.

We ask for at least 48 hours’ notice if you need to reschedule a dental or hygiene appointment and ideally three working days’ notice to cancel. This is to allow us the opportunity to offer your appointment slot to another patient.

Failure to attend your appointment without advance notice may result in a charge of £1 per minute for the appointed time allocated to your appointment.

We appreciate your understanding and look forward to taking care of the dental health of you and your family.
